June is Men's Health Month


June 1st kicks off a month all about the guys. Men's Health Month brings awareness to the challenges men face in life to build a stronger tomorrow. On average, men have a shorter lifespan than women (by about 5 years), visit the doctor less regularly and nearly 30% will struggle with mental illness and 1 in 2 are likely to get cancer.

This month there is heightened awareness on preventable health problems, early detection and treatment of disease impacting men and boys. Guys, when was the last time you visited your doctor?

Visit us yourself or encourage a friend to schedule a spinal exam this month! Regular spinal care should be a part of an ongoing health regime that includes a good diet, exercise and a positive mental attitude.
